We wish to advise you that Rocky Mountain Trading Co. (Canada) Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal on May 9, 2013 and that Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. A copy of the Certificate of Filing of a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal can be found below.
As the Company did not lodge a Proposal within the given time restrictions, Rocky Mountain Trading Co. (Canada) Ltd. was deemed to have made an Assignment in Bankruptcy on June 10, 2013. A copy of the Certificate of Assignment and Creditor Package can be found below.
