We wish to advise you that Wakefield Construction Inc. filed a Notice of Intention (“NOI”) to make a Proposal on January 9, 2015 and that Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. A copy of the Certificate of Filing of the NOI and the Notice to Creditors of Filing of the NOI can be found below.
On January 20, 2015, Wakefield Construction Inc. was deemed to have filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy due to not filing cash flow documents within the prescribed period during the NOI. Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. A copy of the Certificate of Assignment and the Creditor Package can be found below.
