We wish to advise you that Roadhouse Holdings Ltd., Roadhouse Productions Limited and Roadhouse Interactive Limited (the “Companies”) each filed a Notice of Intention (“NOI”) to make a Proposal on August 18, 2016 and that Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of each administration.
On August 31, 2016, on application of the primary secured creditors, Bankruptcy Orders were issued against the Companies and Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of each estate.
On August 31, 2016, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”) was Court appointed as Receiver of all the assets, undertakings and properties of the Companies.
On September 20, 2016 at the First Meeting of Creditors of the Companies, PwC substituted Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. as Trustee of each of the bankruptcy estates.
